Description: Brilliantly situated 1 and 2 bed apartments in a grade II listed building on Newcastle's quayside. 20m from Tyne Bridge. Situated in a pedestrianised area with great views of Newcastle Quayside .Within ten minutes walk you can reach The Sage Music Centre, Baltic Art Gallery, Theatre Royal, Eldon Square shopping centre and many great bars and restaurants.The Central Railway Station is 10 minutes walk away. From here you can also take the local metro trains to other parts of the region including the Metrocentre, Newcastle Airport or the coast. The apartments are not suitable for elderlyyoung childrenbabies since there is no lift and the communal staircase is very steep.There is public parking available in the area around the apartment from £5 - £8 per 24 hours.Creditdebit cards are not accepted
Directions: Arriving from the A1 take A189A184 exit for Gateshead (Centre). Move into right hand lane signposted A189 Newcastle. Cross the Redheugh Bridge taking first left, then left at mini roundabout, then sharp left again, signed B1600 for Quayside.Continue on B1600 passing through traffic lights, then sharp right and down towards river. Pass under High Level bridge, giving way to traffic from right. After 200 yards you will see a pub called the Red House on your left (it is in fact painted red). Quayside Apartments are in the building with the arched windows to the right of the Red House. Upon arrival ring my mobile 07968 260014 and I can be there within 5 minutes.
